10 Ziekenhuis Nieuwegein is obtained prior to study start in each centre. Changes to the study protocol are documented in amendments and submitted for approval to the MREC. After completion of the trial the principal investigator will report on the results of the main study and submit a manuscript to a peer-reviewed medical journal.
