Chapter 11 364 or caregivers were asked for consent to store residual blood for 15 years at the TML. In case patients or their parents or caregivers did not agree with storage of residual blood, the leftover material will be destroyed. The data described in Chapter 4, Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 are disclosed in peer- reviewed papers. The data described in Chapter 8 will be published in the future.
