97 Lymphatic drainage patterns of oral maxillary tumors CONCLUSION This study suggests the likelihood of 73% of exclusively cervical level I to III located SLNs in oral maxillary cancer, with up to 18% of cases with a combination of parapharyngeal and cervical located SLNs. Therefore, it seems feasible to perform a SLNB in case of maxillary OSCC. However, this study only describes the lymphatic drainage patterns and not the SLNB accuracy in oral maxillary cancer.
