108 Chapter 4 8. To start the FIS experiment, expand each organoid reference line into 8 wells in a 24-well plate. This should be sufficient to perform a FIS experiment as well as to reseed organoids for the FIS experiment of the following week. After week 4, plate out organoids to perform the FIS assay. Use the experimental plate lay out as depicted in table 6.
