14 Chapter 1 The second aim of this thesis is to investigate the effects of the GRIP intervention for cancer patients who are treated with curative intent on patient reported outcomes and healthcare use. The protocol of the GRIP evaluation study is described in Chapter 4 . Chapter 5 describes the effects of the efforts to implement the first part of the GRIP intervention; the TOC. In Chapter 6 , we report the effect of the complete GRIP intervention, so TOC and GP and HON involvement during and after cancer treatment on patient satisfaction and healthcare utilisation. Finally, Chapter 7 discusses the main findings of this thesis and presents future perspectives.
