186 Chapter 7 interventions in the cancer care continuum is challenging. This thesis, and the GRIP study that lies at its foundation, has exposed many barriers and opportunities, and provided ‘lessons learned’. This knowledge, can now be used as a starting point for continuous development of interventions to support primary care involvement in cancer care.
