With a 86% specificity and 70% sensitivity a combined cut-off-value of-6.7 is predictive for early reconnection. In clinical practice this means that in case of a longer time-to-isolation than the given numbers, peri-procedural adenosine testing (ERC test) or additional freezing is advised.
