Voice SLP, and Perc. Voice Pt for the total group and the defined sub-groups for the time points T0 (pre- surgery), T1 (3 months post), T2 (6 months post), and T3 (12 months post) are shown in Table 4. Primary outcome measures show high variation, which is demonstrated by the large standard deviation provided in Table 4. Figure 2 shows the course over time, scaled 0-10, a higher score indicating better outcome. After surgery a worsening of all voice related values is seen, which gradually improves over time. Statistical significance was reached for AVQI (p<.001) for difference of T0 to T2, for the other outcome measures no statis-
