For the purpose of this study, specific objectives were addressed at baseline and a follow-up made except for socio-demographic factors. These included:  Assessing socio-demographic background;  Assessing nutritional status of the pre-school children through anthropometric measurements  Biochemical measurements;  Implementing a feeding programme at the selected pre-schools for a period of 10 months;  Measuring the impact of the feeding programme.
