Recommendations  Communities : Nutritional feeding programmes should be implemented from a young age in order to address food insecurity and malnutrition.  Organisations : Nutritional considerations at a pre-school level should be part of government strategic planning and programme development process.  Research : A long-term intervention should be conducted to determine the impact of a feeding programme approach to address malnutrition in pre-schools. HIV/AIDS should also be included in the nutrition research as it has a major impact on human health. References Adom, T., Steiner-Asiedu, M., Sakyi-Dawson, E., & Anderson, A.K. (2010).
