Return to sport and work after KJD and HTO 99 5 sport and work, compared to high tibial osteotomy. Overall time to RTS and RTW did not differ in our cohort, and HTO patients were slightly more satisfied with their performance of knee-demanding activities. These findings should be confirmed in larger cohort studies, to further define the role of knee joint distraction in the treatment algorithm for the challenging population of ‘young’ knee OA patients.
