Insufficient motivation for participation. Intervention Two treatment conditions are investigated in this study: the experimental condition (BEWARE) and the TAU (physical therapy). Both interventions consist of 12 sessions, each 1 hour long, 2 times per week for 6 weeks. All treatment sessions occur at the same time of day on the same two days of the week (Monday and Thursday) throughout the study. The treatment groups consist of 6 patients, in both conditions.
