110 national-level policies have an impact on work and group climate. Organisations are faced with the challenge of enabling sociotherapists to perform their complex tasks as much as possible. This means that continuous attention must be paid to what teams and individual sociotherapists need to be able to do their important work. Creating and maintaining a supportive, open and positive working environment requires an active commitment from organisations.
