Thus, fractionation by means of the one-hole fractionator as well as the three-hole fractionator reduced the volume of lipoaspirates while the stromal-vascular cells were condensed as compared to control lipoaspirate. No difference in cell count in tSVF was seen between both fractionation procedures. Figure 3.
