We have commenced a prospective cohort study on how transgender specific factors, such as tucking, affect semen quality in trans women in order to optimize counselling. With this knowledge we aim to help trans women in their wish to parent genetically related offspring by cryopreserving semen that will be suitable for the least burdensome strategy.
