The following questions are about dryness perception in the mouth during the last 4 weeks. The illustrations below show four different regions in the upper jaw, four different regions in the lower jaw, and an illustration of the throat. Please indicate the severity of dryness for each of these different locations on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 = no dryness and 5 = severe dryness. It is advisable to answer spontaneously and not spend too much time considering your answer.
