Chapter 6 158 Patient related outcome measurement According to repeated measurement analysis, complaints were more effectively reduced in the PFPT-group compared to the control group at 8 weeks from baseline (p<0.001) (Figure 2; Table 2). The mean estimated difference between groups at 8 weeks from baseline was -1.56; 95% CI. -2.24 to -.88 (p<0.001). At 20 weeks no significant difference in Proctoprom scores was found between groups (-0.66; 95%CI. -1.59 to .28; p=0.118) (Table 2). The Proctoprom scores in the PFPT -group decreased significantly from pre-to posttreatment at 8 weeks from baseline (p<0.001). In the control group the Proctoprom scores also decreased (p<0.05).
