Recent clinical studies have demonstrated feasibility of PD-1/PD-L1 imaging to visualize PD-L/PD-L1 expression in clinical studies. These emerging noninvasive, whole-body and quantitative tools serve to improve our understanding of the dynamic tumor microenvironment and enable optimization of ICI-based strategies. 4
