111 THE STORE-AND-FORWARD TELEMEDICINE SERVICE USER-SATISFACTION QUESTIONNAIRE relevant” focus group items (step 3) had high percentages of “NA” and/or redundancy answers in the psychometric analysis. Data was suitable for FA according to the overall KMO value (0.90) and Bartlett’s test of sphericity (p < 0.05). All individual items had a KMO of >0.80. PCA confirmed a sixfactor solution. Based on common FA, Q14 did not support any of the factors sufficiently (highest factor loading = 0.28). Six items had a factor loading between 0.30 and 0.40. The CFA showed sufficient loadings (>0.45) for almost every single item except for items Q8 (0.44) and Q23 (0.40). As shown in Table 6.2, ITC was considered sufficient (>0.40) for all items. Factors 1 and 2 had the lowest Cronbach’s alpha (0.77) and factors 3, 4, 5 the highest (0.89). None of the items had to be removed to increase the Cronbach’s alpha to the 0.70 threshold.
