56 Chapter 4 Post-hoc pairwise comparison showed significant differences between most T3 descriptors except between cases with pleural invasion and tumor diameter larger than 7 cm and between cases with pleural invasion and mixed subtypes (Table 3). The difference between subtypes remained significant after correction for age and gender (p<0.001).
