197 Full Skin Equivalent Model for Burn Wound Healing medium changes. When cytokine levels were out of range of the standard, either the lowest level of quantification or the highest level of quantification was used. Statistical analysis and data visualization Differences in re-epithelization length and cytokine levels between different time points were explored using the Mann-Whitney U tests in Graphpad version 5.01 (PRISM, La Jolla, CA, USA), and only significant differences were shown in the graphs. A p-value of <0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. The data were visualized using Graphpad version 5.01 and R (ggplot package, open source).
