Qualitative data were audio-taped and transcribed verbatim. The analysis started with re-reading the transcripts, listening to audiotapes, and making summaries of each transcript to become familiar with the data. Subsequently, textual segments were inductively open coded by the first coder (RS) to produce an initial list of codes indicating the content of the textual segments.
