Several recommendations for further research were made. Second, we call for more inclusive register studies using detailed information on diagnosis and individual disease level to further study the associations with inability to work fulltime and help assessors with early identification of those at risk for inability to work fulltime. Further knowledge is also needed to explore the working mechanisms on the association of inability to work fulltime for future work status to understand how and for who this effect occurs. A
