Results Twenty-three subjects were screened, of which three subjects were excluded from participation because of psychological issues (n = 2) or earlier alcohol abuse (n = 1). Twenty subjects were dosed at least once (see Table 2.1 for their demographic characteristics), 19 subjects were dosed twice (once OTF with 50 mg S-ketamine, once with 100 mg S-ketamine).
