All analyses were performed using R version 3.6.3.13 Results Part I: App The GrowPad app registered 160 unique user accounts in the period between November 2018 and February 2019. In total 895 goals were created and most goals (n = 354) were created within the GrowthField Money (Figure 1). The average user created 10 goals, consisting of 4 plans with 4 steps each. In general, the description of goals matched the topic, i.e. in the field of Health words as healthy, general practitioner and dentist were used, and within the category Living words as home, rental properties and housing corporation were used, see Figure 2.
