On average participants were in their mid-thirties, overweight and female. The majority completed middle education and was unemployed at baseline. On average one or two children were living at home and most participants were unmarried. Selfreported health was moderate to good for the majority of participants. Among the 57 participants who completed the questionnaire at baseline, 20 provided a follow-up questionnaire upon the end of their coaching trajectory. On average the second questionnaire was conducted after 255 days. No differences were observed in baseline scores between those who were lost to follow-up and those who participated twice in terms of age (p=.378), BMI (p=.636), gender (p=1.00), educational level (p=.767), occupational status (p=.224) and selfreported health (p=.746).
